These terms cover buying from and using shrinkingmen.com, run by ShrinkingMen. Questions: email [email protected].
Adults only
You must be 18 or over, and old enough to view adult material where you live. Every character in our work is over 18, and every story is fiction.
Your account
Keep your password to yourself. An account is for one person. We may close an account that's used to share files or to commit payment fraud.
Buying
- Prices are shown in pounds sterling.
- Payment is taken by Stripe: card, Apple Pay or Google Pay.
- When your payment goes through, what you bought goes straight into your library and we email you a confirmation.
Downloads and your right to cancel
Normally you can cancel an online purchase within 14 days. With digital content, that right ends once you have access, if you asked for immediate access and agreed to this before paying. At checkout you tick a box to ask for your downloads straight away and to confirm you understand this. Your statutory rights for faulty content are not affected.
If something's wrong
If a file is faulty, won't open, or isn't what we described, email us. We'll fix it or replace it, and if we can't, we'll refund you.
What you may do with what you buy
- You get a personal licence to read, listen to and watch what you buy, and to keep copies on your own devices.
- Please don't share, resell, upload or publish our files, or use them to train AI.
- Everything on this site is the copyright of ShrinkingMen.
Games and Resonance
The Shrink Files 3D games are sold on play.shrinkingmen.com, and Resonance tracks on audio.shrinkingmen.com. Each site has its own checkout and may show its own terms.
The legal bits
- We may update the site and these terms. The version in force when you buy applies to that order.
- Nothing in these terms limits our liability where the law doesn't allow it.
- These terms are governed by the law of England and Wales.
