What are gay jock stories?

Erotic fiction built around athletic men: gym regulars, footballers, bodybuilders, team captains and their coaches. The appeal is the body and the confidence that comes with it. Here, size play upsets the balance: the cocky jock might shrink, grow into a giant, swap sizes with a rival or be rewritten into something new entirely.

Is there a free jock story?

Yes, two ways in cost nothing. Shrink Files Issue 1: Shrinking Jock is a 21,000-word illustrated story about a towering gym jock whose muscles and height begin to shrink, and Fetish Audio 39: Coach Gets Shrunk is a free five-minute gift in which a football coach's huge quarterback slips an experimental shrinking drug into his drink.

What is a dumb jock transformation?

It's a mind-and-body transformation fantasy in which a dominant figure turns a man into the stereotype: all muscle, very few thoughts and eager to please. It overlaps with hypnosis and brain-drain fiction. Fetish Audio 12: Dumb Jock Transformation is the direct version, with a dominant voice using his power to turn you into a dumb jock.

Are the characters adults?

Yes. Every athlete, coach, gym bully, bodybuilder and team-mate on ShrinkingMen is an adult man over 18, and every story, audio, comic and game is fiction. It's written for grown men who like their rivals big and their comeuppances bigger.

Gay jock stories: locker rooms, coaches and cocky athletes

Every gym has one. The loudest man in the locker room, the captain with the trophy grin, the bully who never waits his turn at the rack. These gay jock stories are about what happens next, and it usually happens to his height. Some jocks shrink to pocket size. Some grow into giants. Some get dumber and love every minute.

Here you'll find illustrated Shrink Files, Fetish Audio, comics, a 3D game and Shrink Packs, and the very first Shrink Files issue costs nothing at all.

51 titles, best matches first. Often paired with humiliation, domination and submission, shrinking, muscle worship, small penis humiliation, tiny men and microphilia.

The jock, three ways

Jock fiction is about status. He has the body, the trophies and the swagger, and the story exists to put all three in play. On ShrinkingMen that tends to happen in one of three directions.

He shrinks. The classic. A towering gym jock losing muscle, height and pride in Shrink Files Issue 1: Shrinking Jock; a gym bully getting his comeuppance; a basketball captain shrunk for the flight home and left at the mercy of the rival team's giants in Shrink Files Issue 36: Tiny Travellers. Some go gradually, inch by inch. Some go all at once.

He grows. Your jock roommate injects an experimental steroid and becomes a huge muscle giant in Fetish Audio 4: Giant Jock, or a towering football captain shrinks you to 4'6" in week one of the Shrink Month Challenge. Here the jock is the macro and you're the one on the bench.

He's remade. Not bigger or smaller, just different: a dumb jock by design, a gym size swap in which a scrawny best friend swells into a Herculean dominant, or a paragon of masculinity collected and turned into a living doll.

Then there's the comedown, the subgenre for men who love watching the mighty fall. A national bodybuilding champ measured, filmed and shrunk inch by humiliating inch in Shrinking Champ. A gym-god tycoon who wakes up half his size, forgotten by the world he ruled, in The Alternate Life of Hunter Hale. The trophies stay on the shelf. He just can't reach them any more.

The tone runs from gentle to merciless. The Gym Bully & Giant's Cove puts a bully's comeuppance and a romantic moonlit encounter with a giant in the same issue, and not even the coach is safe.

Where jocks lead

Gym men overlap with almost everything on the site. If the muscle is the point, try muscle growth or muscle theft, where Tex steals muscle from any man he touches. If the pecking order is what does it for you, alpha and beta and humiliation are next door.

To see where it all started, read Shrink Files Issue 1 and 2 Now Available, then lose a month of height to an alpha roommate with the Shrink Month Challenge.
