Jay felt that now-familiar shrinking feeling. It started in the pit of his stomach and emanated outwards, radiating its diminishing power throughout his entire body, grabbing onto it and reducing his mass and status.

Jay blushed. He felt his entire face burning and loved that he was so small and tiny and weak. He was no longer a man. He was too small to stand up to anyone, to dominate anyone. He was no longer the giant bodybuilder other men would turn to admire on the street or stop to ask for advice in the gym.
