Gay transformation stories: become something else entirely

Shrinking changes how big you are. Transformation changes what you are. These gay transformation stories and audio sessions take a man and remake him: into a werewolf under the full moon, an elf in Santa's dungeon, a dumb jock, a fat Cuban cigar or a belly that keeps on inflating. Some changes are dark and gothic, some festive, some frankly ridiculous, and the best manage all three.

Most of the strongest matches are Fetish Audio, spoken straight to you, with illustrated Shrink Files, comics and videos alongside.

The many ways to change a man

Transformation fiction is a broad church, so it helps to know your flavour.

Gradual or sudden, willing or not

A transformation can creep in over ten sessions with a personal trainer or arrive in a single bite. The man changing might beg for it, resist it or not realise until it is far too late. The audio tends to put you at the centre, describing your own change as it happens; the stories let you watch it happen to someone else, usually with illustrations.

How far it goes is another matter. Some changes are partial and playful: a pair of pointed ears, a few extra stone, a sudden fondness for protein shakes. Others go all the way, until nothing of the original man is left but a memory, or a wisp of smoke.

Neighbouring kinks

Transformation overlaps with living dolls and objectification, where men become toys and ornaments, with hypnosis, when the change starts in the mind, and with horror, when it comes with fangs and a full moon. Questions

What is a transformation fetish?
A transformation fetish, often shortened to TF, is arousal at the idea of a body or mind being changed into something else: an animal, a creature, an object or a very different kind of man. Size change is one branch of it. On ShrinkingMen you will find werewolves, elves, living dolls, cigars, dumb jocks and inflating bellies, always as fantasy between adult men.
Is shrinking a kind of transformation?
Technically yes, and plenty of titles do both at once, like a vampire bite that shrinks or a Santa who reduces you to elf-size. Most fans treat them separately, though. Shrinking keeps you the same man at a smaller scale; transformation makes you a different thing altogether. If scale is the main attraction, the shrinking page is the place to start.
What is the difference between transformation and objectification?
Objectification, the living doll fantasy, is a specific kind of transformation in which a man becomes a possession: a toy, an ornament, a thing to be posed and kept. Transformation is broader, and includes creatures and new bodies that still very much have a will of their own. A cigar sits right on the line between the two. The dolls page covers the possession side.
Are the characters adults?
Yes. Every man who gets changed, and every man doing the changing, is an adult over 18, and every story, audio, comic and game is fiction. That goes for the werewolves, the elves and the occasional god too. When an audio speaks to you directly, it is addressing an adult listener.
